Puzzles stimulate the mind testing reactions, commonsense, confidence and patients. Games challenge intellect to find solutions to resolve portions of the puzzle and learn about ones self. As the final piece is placed a sense of accomplishment is rewarding, but the challenge itself is what really enhances the outcome. The greater the challenge raises the appreciation level when achieved. The creative manuevers stretch our intellect whether they create frustation or joy the "will" to follow through drives us forward. This is life, much like the games we choose to amuse oursevle.. As we complete one we move on to something more challenging. The difference being "life" often decides on what challenges whereas we pick the puzzles/games to challenge our innerself. Life isn't a game, but is very much a puzzle regarding each of us as individuals to find the solutions to the puzzles life takes down from it's shelf challenging us to place the pieces and recognize the growth, gratitude and belief in the fact there is always a place that your puzzled piece belongs.
Balance is a ongoing goal in achieving daily routine schedules along with applying the actions needed to reach long term goals. Racing about with little time to just "be." When our balancing act proceeds as needed still to often health issue develop from this "race" to achieve and beat the clock.... resulting in schedules ending off balance. Life does catch up and a way to prevent this unwanted development is to allow time addressing the balance of the "subtle body."
Known as our Chakra, a Sanskrit word meaning "wheel" or "turning>" This being the center of our body where energy is collected and connects to our organs and glands. Chakra as I stated above, are part of the "subtle body" however even though they are visually undetected by the average person they are in conformity with vital points of our physical body. The upper chakra often known as the soul chakra is the energy that is constant and continuous. This would be the reason spirits appear in their upper form for those of you whom have experienced such sightings because as I stated this chakra energy is continuous. Our lower chakra is of our physical existence and released when we pass away/die. Maintaining the balance of our seven chakras carries great importance in maintaining our physical health. Any type of stress or trauma weakens the chakra. Chakras have openings where life flows in and out of our body. The seventh located at the crown of our head with the first actually floating within the thigh region. The remaining five are aligned with the skull, neck and spine. Our aura is considered to be the eighth Chakra. Mantras and meditation exercises can balance the chakra stabilizing them with positive energy and releasing the negative that is the root of illness developing. This being said I am not advising discontinuing checkups with your physician, but offer this brief yet powerful addition in maintaining a healthy balance in this ever so busy world. The experience brings clarity and sense of well-being even at the on-start of this routine practice. I came across a site I found enlightening and thought you may as well. It has a very nice exercise you should try for yourself. Take Care and Enjoy the new You.http://healing.about.com/od/chakras/a/chakrazen.htm |
