I saw myself yesterday, but only from the back. Was it real what happened and is it time to turn my back? Like the wall it creates when turned into the wind and feet face back while pushing ones back into the wind. The person from behind made me strong with blossoming growth, but is it time to stop using my back and face forward with who I am now before I fall in the future by moving my back into the fresh wind? The weight on my back and not facing the wind will surely throw me off balance and I will miss what is blowing in. My back is familiar with the past drills though it's time to give my back a break and face forward to the new things the wind is pressing me to feel. Posture gives way to future predictability and how it is faced plays a roll in how much of the back is needed to the unfolding of these future possibilities.
Posture also sets a tone for attitude in turn, effecting what will blow in. Our back faces the past and we know if needed it can assist when hit with a similar blast from the past, but we must face the wind or the experiences hold little value if at all for there dead in the wind. No matter how much the feet push forward if your face doesn't feel the wind we remain in a swirling breeze of limbo looking back into what can no longer hold change. We are fooling ourselves to think we're not missing what blows in, if we don't turn and face the wind.
The back can shield us here and there in the gusting wind, but if we don't feel the winds of change on our face the future hits the shield and nothing gets in. We don't walk backward as we would get nowhere fast which is the same outcome when forming a protective posture shielding the future due to events that lie in the past. Let that backbone hold you as you step straight into the wind because posture holds the future as you step correctly into the fresh wind. Permit the breeze to blow back the negativity to stand straight and tall taking the positive as the new pieces begin to flow into the wisdom of energy you now hold.
As I turn my back I hold on to the good memories and they follow me through no matter how strong the wind blows while my positive posture continue to flow me through. I thought to myself how often have we said and heard,"If I knew then what I know now".... well with this knowledge I intend on using it elegantly as I step into the wind of my future back and not waist it on thoughts of the negative energies experienced in the past.
